Thank You Ministry Promotion and the Healthy Community Fund

The Ministry of Health Promotion and the Healthy Community Fund has granted Big Brothers Big Sisters two year funding to support our newest program Game On! Game On will be formatted similarly to our popular Go Girls program which runs two one-hour sessions each week for duration of seven to ten weeks. The sessions take place in selected schools and focus on physical activity, healthy eating/nutrition and self-esteem/communication skills. With the support of the Healthy Communities Fund this program will begin in the fall of 2010.
