CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS

IMAGINE IN THE PARK
FAMILY ARTS FESTIVAL


Imagine in the Park Family Arts Festival is seeking volunteers
to assist with the Festival on Sunday July 24, 2011 at Gage Park. The
Festival will provide free hands on workshops for children ages 6 to 12.
Volunteers will be needed in the following areas.

Stages
General
Setup & Take down

Volunteers will be:
• Secondary School Students and adults interested in the Arts, including visual, music, theatre, dance and literary arts.
• Available for all information and training sessions
• Available for shifts from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and/or from 1:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Festival Day Sunday July 24, 2011
• Reliable, courteous and energetic


** Volunteer hours will count towards secondary school 40 hour volunteer
requirement. A letter will be issued from the Festival organizers.
